6 day bulking workout routine
The biggest benefit of doing a 5 day split workout routine is the fact that you can dedicate each day to just one musclegroup (e.g. you could dedicate 10 days of cardio, and 5 days of resistance training). If you want to continue to work on some muscle groups after doing this routine, you can.
